Gina Morgan

Gina Morgan has been serving in the role of FPAN Executive Director since October 2024. Prior to transitioning to FPAN, Gina worked at M Health Fairview specializing in value-based care.  A collaborative, purpose driven leadership style drives her passion for creating an environment to provide optimal health care and health outcomes for patients.  In her 28 years of health care experience Gina has served in multiple leadership roles including ambulatory clinic administration, care model re-design, quality, and safety. Gina has been intimately involved with the Integrated Health Partnership (IHP) model and the Accountable Care Organization Realizing Equity, Access, and Community Health (ACO REACH) model.  She completed her bachelor’s degree from The College of St. Scholastic in Duluth, MN in Health Information Administration

In her spare time, Gina enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing board games, and traveling the North Shore.  She can always be reached by emailing FPANetwork@fairview.org.
